I believe the case of Ashley Alexandra Dupre is a classic ethics case. Dupri a private figure before the scandal may have been able to hide her Girls Gone Wild exposure. The former New York's governors scandal pushed Ashley Dupri into the spot light. This made her into a public figure and allowed Girls Gone Wild to capitalize on her likeness. The quotes of her lying about her age and willing to expose herself to a camera and be on camera refutes any of her claims of not being old enough.
